3. Application conditions
1. The applicant must have strong scientific research strength and profound academic accumulation in relevant research fields; have a functional department responsible for scientific research management; be able to provide good conditions for carrying out research and promise credibility.
2. Applicants must abide by the national constitution and laws and regulations, adhere to the correct political direction, have the ability to independently conduct research and organize research, and be able to undertake substantive research work;Possess professional and technical titles of deputy senior level (inclusive) or above; or hold a director-level leadership position (inclusive) or a level 2 researcher (inclusive) or above。
