In order to implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and in accordance with the "Management Methods for the Pilot Plan in Key bet365.com Areas of National Language and Writing" (Jiaoyuxin [2023] No. 2), the Language and Writing Information Management Department of the Ministry of Education decided to start the 2024 project application process. The relevant matters are now notified as follows.
1. Scope of funding
The bet365.com areas accepting applications this time are listed in the "Guidelines for Key bet365.com Areas of National Language and Writing (2024)" (Attachment 1). The bet365.com cycle is 4 years, and a certain amount of financial support will be provided every year. Rolling funding will be given to the best candidates based on performance evaluation. The continuous funding period shall not exceed 2 cycles.
2. Application conditions
(1) Applicants should comply with the relevant provisions of the "Management Methods for the National Pilot Program in Key bet365.com Areas of Language and Character". Among them, the deadline for age calculation is the filing deadline.
(2) Project applicants should be on-the-job staff of colleges and universities or scientific bet365.com institutes.The bet365.com backbone of the innovation team must substantially participate in collaborative bet365.com, in principle no more than 5人。
(3) The person in charge of a scientific bet365.com team project that has received support from the central ministries and commissions, or the person in charge of the scientific bet365.com institution of the State Language Commission shall not apply for or participate in the application for an innovation team.
3. Declaration method
Mainly adopts the centralized declaration method, in which higher education institutions directly under the Ministry of Education, higher education institutions jointly constructed by the ministry and provinces and other higher education institutions directly under the central department are based on the school, and local higher education institutions are based on the education department (education committee) of the province, autonomous region, or municipality directly under the Central Government. 4. Application method

(3) The deadline for project application is November 18, 2024.
