2. Application Procedure
The project adopts online centralized application from September 1 to September 26, 2024 (the application time for separately announced bet365bet365 best bookmaker will be notified separately).

After the application is completed, if the recommending unit (such as the science and technology management department of the district, county, development zone, project management unit, etc.) is involved, the recommending unit shall submit it to the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau for review after passing the preliminary review of the management system, and issue a formal paper recommendation letter and

3. Application requirements
1. The project reporting unit must be an independent legal entity registered in accordance with the law and paying taxes in Xi'an City. The project leader must be a formal employee of the applying unit and possess the professional technical and organizational management capabilities required to complete the project.
2. The applying project unit and project leader must comply with the relevant provisions of "Project Application" in Chapter 3, Article 9 of the "Xi'an Science and Technology Plan Project Management Measures" (City Science and Technology Plan [2023] No. 43), and must not violate Relevant provisions of Chapter 3, Article 10 "Project Duplication Detection Mechanism".
3. The project applicant unit must actively implement the relevant spirit of the country, our province, and our city on "developing scientific research assistant positions to attract employment of college graduates" and conscientiously develop and implement scientific research assistant positions.
4. The Municipal Science and Technology Bureau will do a good job in policy consultation and project application services, strictly implement work disciplines, and sincerely accept social supervision and complaints.
