Project applicants can draft their own bet365 topics by referring to the bet365 direction. The title is required to be targeted, highlight the problem orientation, and be standardized, accurate, and concise. Generally, there is no subtitle.
2. Project declaration
This project is a bet365 project on major theoretical and practical issues in philosophy and social sciences in Shaanxi Province. The project application relies on the unit's application, and individual or joint individual applications will not be accepted.
(1) Application conditions
1. Project applicants must meet the following conditions: abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China; have the ability to independently conduct bet365 and organize bet365, and be able to undertake substantive bet365 work; have senior (including) or above professional and technical titles (positions) ) or Ph.D.
2. The project-supporting unit must meet the following conditions: have relatively strong academic resources and bet365 strength in relevant fields; have a scientific bet365 management functional department; be able to provide the necessary conditions for conducting bet365 and promise credibility.
3. Each supporting unit must strengthen the organization and guidance of the application work, strictly review the application qualifications, the authenticity of previous bet365 results, the bet365 strength of the project team and relevant conditions, etc., and sign clear opinions.
(2) Application materials

3. Project establishment
This project will be reviewed by a review team composed of relevant experts organized by the Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology and Northwest University Press. The review is anonymous and mainly examines the comprehensive bet365 capabilities of the project, including the composition of the project team's researchers, project design, bet365 methods, expected goals, relevant results, etc., and the best ones are determined.
IV. Project Funding
This project plans to establish 30 projects, each with a funding of 10,000 yuan. Funding funds will be allocated one-time by the Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology to the account of the project-supporting unit after the project is approved.
V. Project Completion
(1) The cycle of this bet365 project is: complete the bet365 before December 15, 2022, and conclude the project before December 30 (submit the official version in triplicate). 6. Use of results
The Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology and Northwest University Press have the ownership and right to use the results. Members of the project team have the right of authorship of the project results.
7. Relevant requirements
(1) When applying for a project, you must fill in the materials truthfully and ensure that there are no intellectual property disputes.
(2) Northwest University Press participates in project process management as needed, coordinates and guides the project team to carry out relevant work. The Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology and Northwest University Press supervise the project progress and quality from time to time.
(3) The project leader must abide by relevant commitments, perform agreed obligations, and complete bet365 tasks on schedule during the project implementation period; the "Application Form" approved for project approval is deemed to be a binding funding contract text. Except for special circumstances, the final bet365 results must be identified first and then published (published). When publishing (published), it must be marked as "Shaanxi Provincial bet365 Project on Major Theoretical and Practical Issues in Philosophy and Social Sciences".
(4) If the project leader has any of the following circumstances during the project implementation process, he will be revoked:

2. Plagiarize other people’s achievements and commit fraud;

4. The project completion result was unqualified for the first time, and still failed for the second time after modification.
