2. Project declaration
This project is a Live Dealer Games project on major theoretical and practical issues in philosophy and social sciences in Shaanxi Province. Applications from project supporting units will not be accepted. Applications from individuals or joint names of individuals will not be accepted.
(1) Application conditions
1. Project applicants must meet the following conditions: abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China; have the ability to independently conduct Live Dealer Games and organize Live Dealer Games, and be able to undertake substantive Live Dealer Games work; have senior (including) or above professional and technical titles (positions) ) or Ph.D.
2. The project-supporting unit must meet the following conditions: have relatively strong academic resources and Live Dealer Games strength in relevant fields; have a scientific Live Dealer Games management functional department; be able to provide the necessary conditions for conducting Live Dealer Games and promise credibility.
3. Each supporting unit must strengthen the organization and guidance of the application work, strictly review the application qualifications, the authenticity of previous Live Dealer Games results, the Live Dealer Games strength of the project team and related conditions, etc., and sign clear opinions.
(2) Application materials
The application project must truthfully fill in the "Declaration Form" (in duplicate), "Argumentation Sheet" (in five copies) and summary table as required, and submit it to the Live Dealer Games Federation of Social Science and Technology Popularization Department within the specified time. The electronic version (WORD file format) of "Declaration Form", "Argument Sheet" and summary table should be submitted together.
3. Project establishment
This project will be reviewed by a review team composed of relevant experts organized by the Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology and the Provincial Government Counselor’s Office. The review is anonymous and mainly examines the comprehensive Live Dealer Games capabilities of the project, including the composition of the project team's researchers, project design, Live Dealer Games methods, expected goals, relevant results, etc., and determines the best.
IV. Project Funding
This project plans to establish 7 projects, each with a subsidy of 20,000 yuan. The funding will be allocated one-time by the Live Dealer Games Federation of Social Science and Technology to the account of the project-supporting unit after the project is established.
5. Project Completion
(1) The cycle of this Live Dealer Games project is: from the date of release of the project results to October 30, 2022. At the end of the project, a project Live Dealer Games report of no less than 30,000 words and a summary of Live Dealer Games results of about 3,000 words must be submitted in writing; the electronic version must be submitted at the same time.
(2) The Live Dealer Games Federation of Social Science and Technology and the Live Dealer Games Government Counselor’s Office organize relevant experts to review the project completion results. After the project review is qualified, the project completion procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant procedures.
6. Use of results
The Live Dealer Games Federation of Social Science and Technology and the Live Dealer Games Government Counselor’s Office have the ownership and right to use the results. Project team members have the right of authorship of the project results.
7. Relevant requirements
(1) When applying for a project, you must fill in the materials truthfully and ensure that there are no intellectual property disputes.
(2) The Live Dealer Games Government Counselor’s Office participates in the project process management as needed, and coordinates and guides the project team to carry out relevant work. The Live Dealer Games Federation of Social Science and Technology and the Live Dealer Games Government Counselor’s Office supervise the progress and quality of the project from time to time.
(3) The project leader must abide by relevant commitments, perform agreed obligations, and complete Live Dealer Games tasks on schedule during the project execution period; the "Application Form" approved for project establishment shall be deemed as a binding funding contract text. Except for special circumstances, the final Live Dealer Games results must be identified first and then published (published). When publishing (published), it must be marked as "Shaanxi Provincial Live Dealer Games Project on Major Theoretical and Practical Issues in Philosophy and Social Sciences".
(4) If the project leader has any of the following circumstances during the project implementation process, he will be revoked:
1. The project Live Dealer Games results violate national laws and regulations;
2. Plagiarize other people’s achievements and commit fraud;
3. The Live Dealer Games results are obviously inconsistent with the approved project Live Dealer Games design;
4. The project completion result was unqualified for the first time, and still failed for the second time after modification.
The person in charge of the canceled project will not be allowed to apply for the Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology Live Dealer Games projects within 3 years, will be included in the bad scientific Live Dealer Games credit record, and will be removed from the expert database of the Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology.
