She shared that before studying, you must set good goals, clarify learning content and learning tasks, rather than aimlessly and looking forward and backward. "Learning without thinking is a waste, and thinking without learning is dangerous." Thinking is the key to solving problems.
Combining movement and stillness, moderate work and rest
"Relaxation is the way of civility and martial arts." Yang Xin believes that learning should combine work and rest, and have a certain amount of relaxation, so that you can be more comfortable. During the competition, she learned data analysis and the use of SPSS, SQL and other software programs, and gradually became interested in operations.
