Article 14 Termination of Representative Qualification:

(2) If a representative violates laws, regulations and school rules and regulations, his representative qualification will be revoked by the Qualification Review Committee of the Conference Preparatory Working Group;
(3) If the representative’s class, college (department) student union organization believes that he has failed to fulfill his representative obligations, his representative qualifications will be revoked with the consent of the Qualification Review Committee.
Article 15 If there is a vacancy of representatives that needs to be supplemented, the unit with the vacancy shall make a supplementary election.

Chapter 4 Representative Conference

Article 25 Representatives may submit proposals individually or jointly.

(1) Proposals should be submitted and solicited around the following aspects:
1. Education and teaching. Specifically, it includes education management system, teacher teaching, teaching infrastructure, teaching curriculum arrangement, etc.;
2. In terms of growth and success. Specifically, it includes campus culture construction, student organization construction, academic ability cultivation, employability cultivation, innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation, student rewards and punishments, etc.;
3. Life services. Specifically including accommodation, food, sports venues and equipment, medical and health security, etc.;
4. Rights protection. Specifically, it includes campus environmental safety and governance, mental health consultation, etc.;
5. Other opinions and suggestions regarding school and student development.
(2) The following cases will not be filed:
1. Issues that conflict with the country’s current laws, regulations, policies and superior administrative rules and regulations;
2. Matters that are not within the scope of the school’s authority;
3. Specific questions that are purely personal or do not represent the wishes of the majority of students;
4. Does not meet the requirements of the proposal specifications.
Article 27 Handling of Proposals
(1) The proposal working committee of the conference preparatory group collects, reviews, files, and organizes proposals, and transfers them to the school-level student union organization and rights work organization or department;
(2) The school-level student union organizes an rights work agency or department to classify the content of the proposal, submit it to the school party and government department and relevant functional departments in the form of work suggestions and opinions, and follow up on the progress of the response;
(3) The school-level student union organizes the rights work agency or department to summarize and sort out the opinions on proposal handling and feedback to the proposal representatives, and at the same time submit the overall situation of processing and implementation to the proposal working committee of the conference preparatory group:
