Our school’s 2020 “Labor Day” holiday arrangements are now notified as follows:
1. Holiday time
There will be a four-day holiday from May 1st (Friday) to May 4th (Monday); May 5th (Tuesday) will be back to work as usual, with classes on Tuesday; May 9th (Saturday) will be transferred to May 4th Classes on Sunday (Monday); closed on April 26th.
2. Related requirements
(1) Personnel on duty must arrive at their posts on time, adhere to their duty positions, earnestly perform their duties on duty, handle relevant issues in a timely manner according to duty regulations, and do a good job in fire prevention and theft prevention and other safety precautions. The leader in charge of the shift must be responsible for supervision and inspection.
(2) The faculty and staff shuttle buses will pick up and drop off students in the afternoons of April 30 (Thursday) and May 4 (Monday). The time and location of the shuttle bus to pick up teachers and staff after taking leave will remain unchanged.
3. Work and rest time
From May 5th, the whole school will enter the summer schedule (see attachment). All units and departments are requested to make corresponding teaching and work arrangements in a timely manner.
