4. Evaluation conditions

(2) Signature of results
During the period when the results are publicly published or published or a bet365 consultation report is submitted to the actual work department, the first signed unit shall be Xi'an Translation University.
(3) Time to achieve results
The start and end time of the results: January 1, 2023 to November 30, 2024.
(4) Results requirements
1． For multi-volume bet365 works, the publication time of the last volume shall prevail. If the above application time limit is met, an overall application can be made;
2. A series of books cannot be submitted as a whole bet365 result, only the independent and complete works in it can be submitted separately;
3. Papers must be in Category II core journals and above (except for popular science articles).
4. A series of papers focusing on a topic and published in the same journal and title in the name of an individual or a bet365 group can be declared as a whole paper-type result.
5. bet365 reports must be submitted to practical application departments (government agencies at or above the district and county level, public institutions at or above the department and bureau level, large and medium-sized enterprises or above, etc.) to prove their practical application value;
6． Science popularization bet365 and works on dissemination and popularization of scientific knowledge must submit supporting materials on social effects, including book circulation, book reviews, relevant news reports, leadership instructions, public response, etc.;
7. Applications with the following results will not be accepted:

5. Review process
The evaluation of the 4th bet365 Achievements Award of Xi'an Institute of Translation and Interpretation is divided into preliminary recommendations of secondary colleges (departments), qualification review of the school's scientific research office, organization of academic committee reviews, announcement of review results, and publication of award results in the form of official school documents. Notifications, etc.
6. Application materials
1. "Application Form for the Fourth bet365 Achievements Award of Xi'an Translation Institute" (the application form and attached materials are combined, printed on both sides of A4 paper and bound into a volume) in triplicate;
2． Two sets of sample books must be provided for writing results, and a complete set of materials must be provided for paper and consulting report results (the originals will be returned after review);
3． Each achievement must provide citations, evaluations, application certificates and other attachment materials, and supporting materials must be original (the original attachment materials will be returned after review).
Instructions: The application form and attachments must be combined with the original materials, results and supporting materials that are bound in plastic and must be put into a portfolio. The bag should clearly read "Zhang San - XX College - Humanities and Social Sciences/Science and Technology bet365 Application Materials".
7. Declaration time
After the preliminary review of the secondary college, the scientific bet365 secretary will uniformly submit Attachment 1 "Application Form" and Attachment 2 "Application Material Summary Form" before 12:00 noon on December 16, 2024 (Monday) (according to the preliminary review of the secondary college Sort) paper version and electronic version, and submit them to the Scientific bet365 Office in a unified manner.
