1. Conditions and requirements for recruiting experts
(1) The expert work unit is based in Shaanxi, has a high sense of responsibility and a strong sense of confidentiality, and can perform duties seriously, honestly, fairly and cleanly.
(2) The recommended experts should be under 65 years old (based on birth month), in good health, and able to serve as reviewers.

(4) Serve as the leader of the national key research and development plan and major special expert group, and be a scholar approved by the National Outstanding Youth Project, Yangtze River Scholars, National High-level Talent Special Support Plan and High-level Talent Introduction Plan.

(6) Scientific researchers with senior professional titles, researchers or above in scientific research institutes and public institutions, and heads of relevant departments (laboratories);

2. Collection time and precautions
(1) The call for experts is open until 12:00 noon on June 5, 2024 (Wednesday).
(2) Qualified experts need to fill in the "Expert Information Form to be included in the database" (Attachment 1). After completion, the scientific research secretary will send the electronic version to the scientific research office via QQ (QQ: 1045531223).
(3) Experts should fill in the required information in the form accurately, completely and completely when filling in the report.
(4)This expert solicitation is a re-entry. Experts previously entered into the database also need to be re-entered. Experts with incomplete information will not be recommended.
