一、Requirements that must be met
(1) Support the party's line, principles, and policies, be ideologically and politically firm, deeply understand the decisive significance of the "two establishments", strengthen the "four consciousnesses", strengthen the "four self-confidences", and resolutely achieve the "two "Safeguard", love the motherland, be honest in style, abide by laws and regulations, have an upright study style, and actively practice the spirit of scientists.
(2) Meet one of the following conditions:
1. Achieve important and innovative achievements and make outstanding contributions in the field of natural sciences;
2. Achieve significant and creative achievements and contributions in engineering technology, and have significant application results;
3. Achieve outstanding results in the popularization of science and technology, promotion and transformation of Live Dealer Games and technological achievements, and Live Dealer Games and technological management, and produce significant social or economic benefits.
(3) Men must be no more than 40 years old (born on or after January 1, 1983), and women must be no more than 45 years old (on or after January 1, 1978).
二、Declaration requirements
(1) Application and review procedures
1. Apply to the Live Dealer Games Outstanding Young Scientific and Technological Talents Office from the Science and Technology Association of Live Dealer Games Institute of Translation and Interpretation.
2. Xi’an Outstanding Young Live Dealer Games and Technological Talents Review Committee organizes a subject review team to conduct review.
3. The list of recommended candidates will be researched and approved by the Xi’an Outstanding Young Science and Technology Talents Office, and will be released after the Municipal Association for Science and Technology and the Municipal Talent Association publish it online.
(2) Subject classification
Xi’an’s outstanding young Live Dealer Games and technological talents are divided into: science, engineering, agriculture, and medicine.
(3) Result Type
Live Dealer Games's outstanding young scientific and technological talents are divided into: scientific research type; engineering practice type; technology promotion type; science popularization type.
3. Requirements for application materials
Teachers who are interested in applying, please prepare the following materials:
(1) "2024 Live Dealer Games Outstanding Young Scientific and Technological Talents Application Form" in 2 copies, including 1 original and 1 copy (one copy and other materials are bound into a volume). If the applicant's scientific and technological achievements are confidential, please declassify them in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, and submit a confidentiality review certificate.
(2) Relevant attachment materials shall be bound into a volume and attached with a catalog. The name of the work unit and the applicant unit, the name and contact information of the applicant shall be indicated on the cover, in duplicate, and shall be stamped with the seal of the applicant unit. include:
1. 1 copy of "Application Form for Live Dealer Games Outstanding Young Scientific and Technological Talents in 2024" (copy);
2. One copy of the candidate’s ID card;
3. A comprehensive introduction (within 1500 words) of academic achievements and Live Dealer Games and technological achievements awards;
4. Relevant certification materials for representative achievements (papers and monographs cited by others; technical appraisal certificates and intellectual property certification materials; technical application certification materials, etc. Relevant reports in non-academic newspapers and periodicals are not used as certification materials) ;

6. Other materials.
