(1) Application conditions

Project applicants must meet the following conditions: abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China; have the ability to independently conduct bet365 and organize bet365, and be able to undertake substantive bet365 work;Have intermediate (inclusive) or above professional and technical titles (positions) or a doctoral degree.Those who have undertaken major bet365 projects on theoretical and practical issues in philosophy and social sciences in Shaanxi Province and have not completed the project are not allowed to apply.

6. Use of results
Chinese Testing International has ownership of the results. The Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology and Chinese Testing International have the right to use the results. Members of the bet365 team have the right to authorize the bet365 results.
7. Relevant requirements
(1) When applying for a bet365, you must fill in the materials truthfully and ensure that there are no intellectual property disputes.
(2) Chinese Testing International participates in the bet365 process management as needed, coordinates and guides the bet365 team to carry out relevant work. The Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology and Chinese Testing International supervise the bet365 progress and quality from time to time.
(3) The project leader must abide by relevant commitments, perform agreed obligations, and complete bet365 tasks on schedule during the project implementation period; the "Application Form" approved for project establishment shall be deemed as a binding funding contract text. Except for special circumstances, the final bet365 results must be identified first and then published (published). When publishing (published), it must be marked as "Shaanxi Provincial bet365 Project on Major Theoretical and Practical Issues in Philosophy and Social Sciences".
(4) If the bet365 leader has any of the following circumstances during the bet365 implementation process, he will be revoked:
