1. Project Categories and Funding Focus
The "Shaanxi Basic Mathematical Sciences Live Dealer Games Project" focuses on five core directions: basic mathematics, statistical foundations and core algorithms for big data analysis, mathematical physics and integrable systems, physical structure and functional regulation, quantum science and advanced optics. Establish three types of basic Live Dealer Games projects, including key projects, general projects, and youth projects.
(1) Key projects
Key projects include academic innovation projects and academic exchange projects. (2) General items
Mainly support basic Live Dealer Games teams that are expected to produce original scientific Live Dealer Games results, enhance original innovation capabilities, and are expected to undertake major national-level, key projects or tasks. General projects focus on supporting but are not limited to the following Live Dealer Games directions, and applications for basic Live Dealer Games in related directions are encouraged.
The average funding intensity of general projects shall not exceed 160,000 yuan per project, and the implementation period shall be two years. Each project may have no more than 2 sub-topics, and the total number of participating Live Dealer Games units shall not exceed 2.
(3) Youth Project
Mainly supports young scientific researchers in basic Live Dealer Games who carry out exploratory Live Dealer Games on the frontiers of basic science and are expected to achieve breakthroughs in original innovation and important academic innovation.
The average funding intensity of youth projects shall not exceed 80,000 yuan per project, and the implementation period will be two years. The project will no longer have sub-topics.
2. Funding conditions and requirements
（一)Declaration requirements
The project applicant (i.e. the actual person in charge of the project) should be an official on-the-job employee of a university in Shaanxi Province and meet the Live Dealer Games application requirements stipulated in various project guidelines. Among them, as of January 1 of the year of application, the person in charge of the youth project must be no more than 38 years old for male applicants and no more than 40 years old for female applicants (male: born after January 1, 1985, female: born after January 1, 1983)
(2) Limitation regulations
1.For the persons in charge and participants who have undertaken the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education’s scientific Live Dealer Games plan project in the early stage but have not completed the project completion or acceptance after the end of the implementation period, support will not be provided this time.
2.The "Shaanxi Mathematics and Physics Basic Live Dealer Games Project" implements limited items. The cumulative number of projects declared or undertaken by personnel with senior professional titles as the person in charge or participant shall not exceed2items, the maximum number of projects that personnel with intermediate professional titles or below can apply for or undertake as the person in charge1items (participation is not limited); for key academic innovation projects, support is limited during the implementation period1items; It is prohibited to apply for different types of projects at the same time for the same Live Dealer Games topic.
3.The application content should comply with the scope and requirements of the guide. Project-supporting units and participating Live Dealer Games units should ensure the implementation of matching funds stipulated in relevant projects.
4.Various projects need to have clear assessment indicators.
5.The Live Dealer Games project must comply with the relevant national confidentiality regulations and academic ethics requirements. Those who violate relevant requirements or make false declaration information will be immediately canceled once verified.
3. Live Dealer Games time and requirements
1. 2023The annual Shaanxi Institute of Basic Sciences scientific Live Dealer Games plan project application uses the "Shaanxi Institute of Basic Sciences Project Management System" (login website:http://kygl.sneducloud.com/jcyjyxm), the application system shares the user system in the "Shaanxi Provincial Education and Live Dealer Games Comprehensive Management System" (login URL:http://kygl.sneducloud.com), all Live Dealer Games items shall be submitted online. The institute will uniformly conduct a formal review of the project. Those who fail the formal review will not be funded. Project applicants and school-level administrators are required to fill in and review carefully.
（1) School-level administrator: Use the project school-level administrator account and password to log in to the "Shaanxi Institute of Live Dealer Games Sciences Project Management System" to complete the issuance of the school's application account and review of business data; (2) Applicants: Those who already have an account in the "Shaanxi Provincial Education and Live Dealer Games Comprehensive Management System" can use their existing account and password to log in to the "Shaanxi Institute of Basic Science Project Management System" to complete the project application; (3) Those who do not have an application account should contact the administrator at each school to generate an account in the "Shaanxi Institute of Live Dealer Games Sciences Project Management System" and use the new account to complete the application for the institute's projects.
