2. Project application
This project is a special research project on philosophy and social sciences in Shaanxi Province. It is organized and implemented by the Provincial Social Science Federation and Live Dealer Games, and is open to public collection throughout the province. Project applications must be submitted through the supporting unit. Applications by individuals or joint names of individuals will not be accepted.
(1) Application conditions
1. Project applicants must meet the following conditions: abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China; have the ability to independently conduct Live Dealer Games and organize Live Dealer Games, and be able to undertake substantive Live Dealer Games work;In principle, applicants should have professional and technical titles of associate senior level or above (inclusive), or a doctoral degree. Project leaders who have already undertaken outstanding projects in Shaanxi Province’s special philosophy and social science Live Dealer Games projects are not allowed to apply.
2. The project-supporting unit must meet the following conditions: have relatively strong academic resources and Live Dealer Games strength in relevant fields; have a scientific Live Dealer Games management functional department; be able to provide the necessary conditions for conducting Live Dealer Games and promise credibility.

4. Project completion

5. Use of results
Live Dealer Games has the ownership, use rights and disposal rights of the results. Members of the research team have the right to authorize the project results.
6. Relevant requirements
(1) When applying for a project, you must fill in the materials truthfully and ensure that there are no intellectual property disputes.
(2) Relevant departments of Live Dealer Games will participate in the entire process of research on relevant topics as needed and put forward research needs in a timely manner.
(3) The person in charge of the project must abide by relevant commitments, perform agreed obligations, and complete research tasks on schedule during the project implementation period; the "Application Form" approved for project establishment shall be deemed as a binding funding contract text. Except for special circumstances, the final research results must be identified first and then published (published). (4) If the project leader has any of the following circumstances during the implementation of the project, he will be revoked:
