3. Incentive support
(1) The Provincial Department of Education will include the quality, quantity and final transformation of the results submitted by each university into the annual evaluation of the integration of Qin Chuangyuan construction work in universities, and will include it in the annual assessment of the university leadership team, fund allocation, performance salary summary It will be reflected in aspects such as quantitative assessment and discipline construction.
(2) For results with high commercial feasibility, investment fund support with a single investment amount not exceeding 5 million yuan will be provided.
(3) For achievements with high technological maturity and capable of technology transfer, financial support with a single investment of no more than 3 million yuan will be provided in the form of use first and pay later, joint project parties for secondary development, etc.
(4) Provide technical verification, commercialization verification and other related concept verification support to early results with transformation potential, and give priority to the bet365 research plan of the Provincial Department of Education for local special support.
(5) Rewards for outstanding organizations
1. Excellent organizational unit. In the comprehensive selection, three indicators including the total number of results submitted by each school, the number of Class A results (85 points or above), and the number of transferred and transformed results were selected to select the "Outstanding Organization Award for Achievements Selection". 4. Relevant requirements
