IV. Related Requirements
(1) The project implementation unit must meet the conditions

2. During the implementation of projects that have been approved by the implementing unit in the past three years, if there is project delay and poor implementation, the number of applicants and recommendations will be reduced as appropriate.

1. Male scientific and technological personnel working in Xi'an under the age of 33 [born after September 1, 1990 (inclusive)];
2. Female scientific and technological personnel working in Xi’an under the age of 35 [born after September 1, 1988 (inclusive)];
3. Obtain a master's degree (inclusive) or above;
4. Have experience in basic research or engineering application research;
5. Persons in charge of projects that have been or are currently undertaking the Youth Talent Promotion Program of the Central, Provincial or Municipal Association for bet365 login and Technology are not allowed to apply again.
5. Application Procedure
(1) Project applicants fill in the application materials as required and submit applications to the project implementation units (municipal societies, universities, and enterprise bet365 login and technology associations).
