3. Project Fund Guarantee
The planned funding amount for each project supported by the Provincial bet365 online games and Technology Association is 10,000 yuan, and the applicant's unit will match the funding at a ratio of no less than 1:1. 4. Relevant requirements
(1) Recommended units and quotas.
1. University bet365 online games and technology associations registered and established in the Provincial bet365 online games and Technology Association apply for projects according to the project quota allocation table and report directly to the Provincial bet365 online games and Technology Association.
2. Each district city, Yangling Demonstration Zone bet365 online games and Technology Association, and Hancheng City bet365 online games and Technology Association shall monitor the bet365 online games and technology associations of enterprises and institutions within their jurisdiction (mainly the bet365 online games and technology associations of state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, parks, incubators, bet365 online games and technology, health and other public institutions, Projects submitted (excluding schools) will be initially reviewed and summarized before being submitted to the Provincial Association for bet365 online games and Technology. The number of recommended projects shall not exceed 12.
3. The bet365 online games and technology associations of universities, enterprises and institutions that have been approved by the Provincial bet365 online games and Technology Association have not held the founding meeting of the bet365 online games and technology association, and the number of declared projects does not exceed 3.
(2) Applicants must meet the following conditions.
1. Love your job, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and have good professional ethics, social ethics, pragmatism, innovation, collaboration and dedication.
2. Men under the age of 32 (i.e., born after January 1, 1992), women under the age of 35 (i.e., born after January 1, 1989), the workplace is in the administrative region of Shaanxi Province front-line technology workers.
5. Application procedures and time
(1) Electronic material submission requirements.

The project applicant or applying unit registers in the project application system and submits an application to the recommending unit. After review and approval, the application materials are required to be filled in. Each recommending unit should use the assigned "recommending unit user name and password" (attached separately) to log in to the system, conduct unified management of project applicant registration applications and application materials, conduct a review of recommended units to determine the final list, and report it in the system.
Please complete the electronic submission of the applicant's electronic materials before 24:00 on March 12, 2023. Submissions will not be submitted after the deadline. Once uploaded successfully, it cannot be changed.
(2) Requirements for submission of written materials.
After the applicant has completed the submission of electronic materials, please use the project application system to print the 2023 "Shaanxi bet365 online games and Technology Association Youth Talent Promotion Program Project Application Form". The electronic version of the materials and the paper materials must be consistent.
Written materials include:
1. Review status of recommended units;
