一、Assessment and acceptance scope
1. Postponement of the assessment and acceptance of the 2018 batch of scientific Live Dealer Games teams (Attachment 1);
2. After the construction period expires, the 2020 batch of scientific Live Dealer Games teams (Attachment 2) will be assessed and accepted;
3. Annual assessment of the 2021 batch of scientific Live Dealer Games teams (Attachment 3);
二、Assessment and acceptance methods
1. Assessment and acceptance of scientific Live Dealer Games teams built before 2021: Implemented in accordance with the "Xi'an Institute of Translation and Interpretation Scientific Live Dealer Games Team Management Measures (Trial)" (Xi'an Institute of Translation and Interpretation [2017] No. 46) (see Attachment 4);
2. Assessment and acceptance of scientific Live Dealer Games teams constructed in 2021 and beyond: implemented in accordance with the "Xi'an Institute of Translation and Interpretation Scientific Live Dealer Games Team Management Measures (2021 Revision)" (Xi'an Institute of Translation and Interpretation [2021] No. 13) (see Attachment 5).
三、MaterialRequirements and deadlines

2. Complete the vertical and horizontal transfer of scientific Live Dealer Games funds (excluding self-raised and supporting funds) of more than 1.2 million yuan;
3. Publish more than 8 academic papers in related fields in Category II core journals and above;
4. Publish 3 academic monographs;
5. Intellectual property rights or technological achievements have been converted more than 2 times, and the conversion amount is not less than 20,000 yuan;
6. Complete major social services (education and training, conference/important material translation, art design, etc.) or external consulting activities in this field, and obtain more than 3 items such as adoption and application certificates from government departments and government leadership instructions;
7. Receive at least 1 provincial and ministerial level scientific Live Dealer Games achievement award, first prize (top five signatures)/second prize (top three signatures)/third prize (first signature completer).
二、Reference for assessment indicators of the second-level scientific Live Dealer Games team during the construction period
1. At least preside over vertical scientific Live Dealer Games projects at the deputy provincial level or above3project or national scientific Live Dealer GamesProject1item;
2. Complete the vertical and horizontal transfer of scientific Live Dealer Games funds (excluding self-raised and supporting funds) of more than 1 million yuan;
3. Publish more than 6 academic papers in related fields in Category II core journals and above;
4. Publish 2 academic monographs;
5. Transformation of more than one intellectual property or technological achievement, and the transformation amount is not less than 20,000 yuan;
6. Complete major social services in this field (education and training, translation of conferences/important materials, art design, etc.) or external consulting activities, and obtain at least 2 certificates of adoption and application by government departments, and instructions from government leaders;
7. Receive at least 1 provincial and ministerial level scientific Live Dealer Games achievement award, first prize (top five signatures)/second prize (top three signatures)/third prize (first signature completer).
三、Construction expiry assessment and acceptance criteria
Among the above assessment indicators, if a single item is passed, you will be awarded 1 point, and if you exceed the limit, you will be awarded a maximum of 1.5 points (Calculation formula: individual score = actual number of tasks completed for this indicator/number of planned tasks for this indicator). After the construction period expires, if the total score of each indicator is greater than or equal to 6 points, the Live Dealer Games will be deemed "passed" in the assessment and acceptance, otherwise it will be "unqualified".
Teams that fail the assessment and acceptance will be dealt with as follows:
If the total score is greater than or equal to 4.5 points, a one-year extension of construction will be given, and the remaining funds will be frozen during the extension period. If the Live Dealer Games passes the assessment and acceptance after one year, the remaining construction funds can be used. Otherwise, the Live Dealer Games building will be cancelled, and the corresponding construction funds will be recovered according to the proportion of unfinished tasks; if the total score is less than 4.5 points, the Live Dealer Games building will be cancelled, and the corresponding construction funds will be recovered according to the proportion of unfinished tasks.
