1. Project purpose

The topic selection for the application results should come from the recommended books published by our office (Attachment 3). Applications for achievements that are not included in the recommended books but are indeed excellent will be strictly controlled and the applicant must provide detailed materials proving its academic value, social impact and bet365.com translation value (including recommendations signed by two senior senior experts)

3. Application form

2. The project funding versions are mainly in 5 languages: English, French, Russian, Arabic, and Spanish. The German, Japanese, Korean and other language versions focus on funding famous classics recognized by Chinese and bet365.com academic circles. IV. Project categories and funding amounts

Project funding funds shall be applied for by the joint applicant based on actual needs, and shall be reviewed and determined by the National Social Science Work Office on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the project organization plan and the recommendations of review experts. Funding standards are:
(1) Academic writing projects, general projects are 1,000-1,200 yuan/thousand words, key projects are 1,300-1,500 yuan/thousand words, and the amount of funding for a single achievement generally does not exceed 500,000 yuan. The specific allocation of funding funds will be decided by both parties to the joint application through equal consultation. Our office will allocate start-up funds to the units of both parties according to a certain proportion.
(2) For the bet365.com language academic journal project, the funding amount is 400,000-600,000 yuan per year, and every three years is a funding cycle.
5. Application requirements

Domestic academic publishing institutions with experience in international cooperative publishing, and personnel from domestic universities and scientific research institutions with experience in bet365.com academic exchanges can apply jointly. Applicants who are responsible for the translation of the English version must, in principle, have a professional and technical position above the associate senior level or a doctoral degree; applicants who are responsible for the translation of other versions must have a professional and technical position above the intermediate level or a doctoral degree.
Directors of ongoing National Social Science Foundation projects, National Natural Science Foundation projects and other national-level scientific research projects cannot apply. (Applicants can apply if the completion certificate is dated before January 31, 2023).
2. Project applicants should be responsible for the main translation or secondary translation work, have the ability to write in the language of the publication or the research ability in the disciplines involved in the work, and have certain liaison capabilities with bet365.com academic circles.
4. The applicant's unit should have a scientific research management department, have relatively strong academic resources and research strength in relevant fields, be able to provide the necessary conditions for bet365.com translation work, and promise to guarantee credibility.

6. Application Procedure
1. To apply for academic writing projects, applicants should first contact the responsible publishing unit. In accordance with the requirements stipulated in this announcement and in accordance with relevant academic committees or internal review mechanisms, the publishing responsible unit shall fairly and impartially select joint application applicants, focus on inspecting and evaluating the applicant's qualifications and various abilities, and select the best for joint application.
2. The project implements online reporting of information. The online application system will be open from January 5 to 15, 2023. During this period, both parties to the project application can log in to the National Social Science Fund Scientific Research and Innovation Service Management Platform (https://xm.npopss-cn.gov.cn) to submit their applications with their real names.
3. After filling in the information in the system as required, export the application form in 6 copies (including 1 original), printed on both sides of A4 paper and bound on the left side. Other application materials include:
