2. bet365 declaration
This project is a bet365 project on major theoretical and practical issues in philosophy and social sciences in Shaanxi Province. Applications from project supporting units will not be accepted. Applications from individuals or joint names of individuals will not be accepted.
(1) Application conditions
1. Project applicants must meet the following conditions: abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China; have the ability to independently conduct bet365 and organize bet365, and be able to undertake substantive bet365 work; have intermediate (inclusive) professional and technical titles (positions) or above ) or Ph.D.
2. The project-supporting unit must meet the following conditions: have relatively strong academic resources and bet365 strength in relevant fields; have a scientific bet365 management functional department; be able to provide the necessary conditions for conducting bet365 and promise credibility.
3. Each supporting unit must strengthen the organization and guidance of the application work, strictly review the application qualifications, the authenticity of previous bet365 results, the bet365 strength of the project team and related conditions, etc., and sign clear opinions.
(2) Application materials
The application bet365 must truthfully fill in the "Application Form" (in duplicate), "Argumentation Sheet" (in five copies) and summary table as required, and submit it to the Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology Popularization Department within the specified time. This project will be reviewed by a review team composed of relevant experts organized by the Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology and the Chinese Language Alliance. IV. bet365 Funding
This bet365 plans to establish 20 projects, each with a subsidy of 6,000-12,000 yuan. The funding will be allocated by the Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology in one go to the account of the bet365-supporting unit after the bet365 is established.
V. bet365 Completion
(1) The cycle of this bet365 project is: from the date of release of the project results to July 1, 2023. At the end of the project, a project bet365 report of no less than 30,000 words and a summary of bet365 results of about 3,000 words must be submitted in writing; the electronic version must be submitted at the same time.
(2) The Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology and the Chinese Alliance will organize relevant experts to review the bet365 completion results. After the bet365 passes the review, the bet365 completion procedures will be handled in accordance with relevant procedures.
6. Use of results
The Chinese Alliance has ownership of the results, the Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology and the Chinese Alliance have the right to use the results, and the bet365 team members have the right to authorize the bet365 results.
7. Relevant requirements
(1) When applying for a bet365, you must fill in the materials truthfully and ensure that there are no intellectual property disputes.
(2) The Chinese Alliance will participate in the bet365 process management as needed and coordinate and guide the bet365 team to carry out relevant work. The Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology and the Chinese Language Alliance supervise the progress and quality of the bet365 from time to time.
(3) The project leader must abide by relevant commitments, perform agreed obligations, and complete bet365 tasks on schedule during the project implementation period; the "Application Form" approved for project establishment shall be deemed as a binding funding contract text. Except for special circumstances, the final bet365 results must be identified first and then published (published). When publishing (published), it must be marked as "Shaanxi Provincial bet365 Project on Major Theoretical and Practical Issues in Philosophy and Social Sciences".
(4) If the bet365 leader has any of the following circumstances during the bet365 implementation process, he will be revoked:
1. The project bet365 results violate national laws and regulations;
2. Plagiarize other people’s achievements and commit fraud;
3. The bet365 results are obviously inconsistent with the approved project bet365 design;
4. The bet365 completion result was unqualified for the first time, and still failed for the second time after modification.
The person in charge of the canceled project will not be allowed to apply for the Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology bet365 projects within 3 years, will be included in the bad scientific bet365 credit record, and will be removed from the expert database of the Provincial Federation of Social Science and Technology.
(5) The deadline for bet365 application is July 8, 2022. Overdue applications will not be accepted.
