The nomination process for the 2022 Shaanxi bet365 best sports betting app and Technology Award has been officially launched. In order to do a good job in the nomination work of our school, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
一、Nomination subject
Projects that won the second prize (inclusive) of the Shaanxi University Science and Technology Award (Shaanxi University Science and Technology Research Outstanding Achievements Award).
二、Nomination Type
2022 Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Award, Provincial Technological Invention Award, bet365 best sports betting app and Technology Progress Award, and Provincial International Science and Technology Cooperation Award.
三、Basic requirements for nominated projects (personnel)
1.Thesis papers provided for the Provincial Natural Science Award should be submitted byPublished before May 31, 2020;
2.The Provincial Technology Invention Award and the bet365 best sports betting app and Technology Progress Award projects shall be held inComplete the overall technical application before May 31, 2020;
3.The person completing the provincial natural science award project should be the author of the main paper and monograph submitted;The Provincial Technology Invention Award project must obtain an authorized invention patent, and the first three completers should be the inventors of the authorized invention patent (except when there are less than three inventors);
4.The same person can only be the completer of one nominated project in the same year;
5..The top three finishers of the 2021 bet365 best sports betting app and Technology Award-winning projects cannot be used as the finishers of projects nominated for the bet365 best sports betting app and Technology Award this year;
6.Projects (candidates) that have not been evaluated for awards for two consecutive years in 2020 and 2021 shall not be nominated for this year’s bet365 best sports betting app and Technology Award with the same technical content and materials;
7.Projects included in national or provincial and ministerial plans and fund support shall be nominated after the overall project acceptance.
8.Nominated projects shall be registered for scientific and technological achievements;
9.The intellectual property rights such as standards, patents, papers, works (including computer software), new species of animals and plants, and integrated circuit layout designs used to support this year’s bet365 best sports betting app and Technology Award nomination projects should be unique to this project and have not been Used in projects that have won national and bet365 best sports betting app and technology awards or other nominated projects for this year’s bet365 best sports betting app and technology awards;
10. Nomination projects in related fields involving the approval of national laws and regulations, such as; new drugs, medical devices, new varieties of animals and plants, pesticides, chemical fertilizers, veterinary drugs, food, communication equipment, pressure vessels, etc., must not be approved by the relevant competent administrative agencies. Those who have been approved, or whose administrative approval time has been less than two years (approval after May 31, 2020) shall not be nominated;
11. Foreigners who have worked continuously in Shaanxi for no less than 5 years and work in Shaanxi for no less than 6 months each year (accumulated time before January 1, 2022) can be nominated as the main contributor to the provincial natural sciences this year Award, Provincial Technology Invention Award, and bet365 best sports betting app and Technology Progress Award. As the first completer of the project, you must provide proof of full-time work in Shaanxi;
12 Candidates (or organizations) who nominated the Provincial International Science and Technology Cooperation Award. In the construction of Qinchuang Innovation Driven Platform, the results of the transformation of 23 provincial key industrial chains have been remarkable, and they have won the "Chinese Government Friendship" in the past five years. Priority recommendation for "Shaanxi Sanqin Friendship Award" or "Shaanxi Province Sanqin Friendship Award";
13. Strict scientific research integrity requirements. In principle, scientific research managers are generally not allowed to serve as project completers;
四、Personnel list submission time
Please ask each secondary college to follow the first itemThe "Nomination Objects" and the third "Basic Requirements for Nomination Projects (Personnel)" are to mobilize teachers from colleges (departments) who meet the nomination requirements for the 2022 bet365 best sports betting app and Technology Award, and fill them out before 5 pm on June 6 "2022
5. Submission of application materials
Materials include electronic and paper versions.
