2. Application requirements
Registered and established in Shaanxi Province for more than one year (date of release of the guide)
The project leader should have the ability to lead and organize innovative research
In principle, the project leader should be the proposer of the main research ideas of the project and the scientific and technical personnel who actually preside over the research
And have enough time for research work on the project
Must provide valid proof of approval of part-time and part-time unit employment by the current unit
4. Civil servants of state agencies are not allowed to declare projects.
In principle, the reporting unit and person in charge cannot be changed
(4) Limited requirements (excluding post-subsidy).
Each project leader can only apply for one item among various science and bet365 plan projects this year

3. Application Procedure
The above-mentioned science and bet365 plan projects (except post-subsidy) have all passed the "Shaanxi Province Science and bet365 Business Integrated Service Information System" (ywgl
Project leaders should carefully read all application requirements in this solicitation notice and specific application guide
Should be completed within the specified time node
System filling time:
From 9:00 on June 10, 2021 to 17:00 on July 29, 2021 (project application unit submission completed)
Before 17:00 on August 4, 2021 (recommendation department review and submission completed)
(2) The project has been reviewed step by step by the reporting unit and recommending department (excluding direct reporting units)
There is no need to submit paper application materials when applying (only project approval projects must submit a stamped paper application form for files when signing the contract)
IV. Other matters
(1) Instructions for Recommended Departments
Xixian New District Administrative Committee (Qinchuang Original New Drive Platform) recommends submission to the units under its jurisdiction
The scientific research institutes and subsidiaries of Shaanxi Kekong Group are recommended and declared by the parent company
