1. Scope of funding

3. Declaration Method

(2) Material requirements. The application materials that need to be mailed include: paper application form (one copy, printed on both sides of A4 paper).
(3) Deadline. The application system will accept project applications starting from July 15, 2021. The application deadline and the deadline for sending paper materials are both August 25, 2021. Overdue applications will not be accepted.
4. Precautions
(1) All units should strengthen the review and control of application materials to ensure that the application information is true and accurate. Project applicants should fill in the application materials truthfully to ensure that there are no intellectual property disputes.
(2) In order to ensure a fair and impartial review, the name of the applicant, unit and other relevant information shall not appear in the "2. Project Design Demonstration" part of the "text" of the project application, otherwise it will be treated as invalid.
(3) Major project application teams that pass the preliminary review are required to participate in on-site defense, and the specific time will be notified separately.
(4) The list of project approvals is planned to be announced in November 2021.
