Applicants for late-stage funding projects must be full-time teachers or retired teachers from ordinary colleges and universities, have good political and ideological qualities and the ability to independently carry out and organize scientific research work, and be the actual host of the project and be responsible for substantive research work .
2. The applied project has completed more than 70% of the research tasks, and the electronic version of the completed manuscript (or other non-paper results) must be provided when applying.

4. Other requirements
(1) Applicants should fill in the materials truthfully. Anyone who commits fraud will be disqualified from applying for three years once verified.
