Each secondary college (department):
According to Shaanxi Provincial Federation of Social SciencesThe "Notice on Submitting the Annual Academic Activity Plan for 2020" issued on April 2, 2020, was organized by the Western bet365 mobile app Association of Social Sciences, and each secondary college (department) actively submitted a total of Joint submissions were submitted to 11 academic conferences (Appendix 1). Each secondary college (department) has 1 item in the 2020 scientific research indicators of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”“Hosting and hosting academic conferences nationwide or with social impact”’s task(Do not compare with another itemIndicators of "High-level Academic Symposium" are confused), each secondary college (department) is requested to submit a detailed activity plan for a forum or seminar based on the original submission plan. The school will provide no more than for each activity based on the level and scale.Subsidy of 20,000 yuan. For academic conferences with higher standards, secondary colleges (departments) in related disciplines are encouraged to jointly host them, with assistance from the Science and Technology Office, and funding funds can be adjusted appropriately.
The specific requirements are as follows:
1.Each secondary college (department) must be inSubmit a hard copy of the detailed plan for the academic forum or seminar to the Science and Technology Department before July 10, 2020, electronic version sent to email:kyc@xafy.edu.cn, email subject:XXX College (Department) XXXX Forum (Seminar) Plan;
2.Academic forums or seminars must be made in advance2 months to collect papers;
3.After the eventThe following three types of information must be submitted to the Science and Technology Department within 7 days:
（1）"Academic Activities Information Form"(Attachment2);
（2）Proceedings(For matters such as paper inspection, formatting, printing, etc., please contact the Science and Technology Department);
（3）Activity Summary Report(Main content, highlights, academic effect and social impact, no more than 1500 words, and attach more than 5 high-definition photos of the event);
4.AboveThe data on Category 3 activities will be used as the basis for the assessment of scientific research indicators at the end of the year.
