According to "Xi'an Science and Technology AssociationXi’an Human Resources and Social Security BureauNotice on Carrying out the Selection of Excellent bet365 Casino in Natural Sciences for the 18th Session of Xi’an City” (issued by the Municipal Science and Technology Association [2020〕67), Xi'an Translation University will start collecting and recommending excellent papers from now on. The specific arrangements are as follows:
一、Solicitation conditions
1.2018年1月1Sunday2019年12月31Papers published publicly or formally communicated in bet365 Casino activities during the period;
2.Papers that meet the following conditions can apply for the Natural Science Outstanding bet365 Casino Paper Award:
(1)Natural science bet365 Casino published in well-known foreign journals, domestic Chinese core journals or core science and technology journals within the current award period;
(2)Papers in which a scientific and technological worker working in Xi'an, or an undergraduate or graduate student studying in Xi'an is the first author or corresponding author;
(3)A single paper in a series of papers.
3.Anyone who falls under the following circumstances during the selection period cannot apply:
(1)Papers that have won awards for scientific and technological progress, scientific and technological achievements, and scientific and technological inventions at or above the municipal level;
(2)Electronic publications (CD, floppy disk, etc.);
(3)Work summary, general experimental report, investigation report, general review, data compilation, product instructions and introduction to domestic and foreign scientific and technological trends, etc.;
(4)Paper with disputed copyright;
(5)The "Confidentiality Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant confidentiality laws and regulations clearly stipulate that these papers are state secrets.
二、Material submission
1.The recommendation department carefully writes the "Preliminary Evaluation and Recommendation Report for the 18th Xi'an Excellent Natural Science bet365 Casino Paper Selection";
2.To apply for first- and second-class outstanding bet365 Casino, you must have the review opinions of three professor-level experts; to apply for third-class excellent bet365 Casino, you must have the review opinions of three associate professor-level experts or above;
3.If the review paper is in a foreign language, please translate the title into Chinese and attach the Chinese version of the paper with the submitted materials;
4.The paper, review letter (in duplicate and electronic version), recommendation report (paper version stamped by the unit), and preliminary evaluation registration form (electronic version) should be submitted to the office of the Science and Technology Department.
