Chapter 1General Rules
Article 1: In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of students and ensure and supervise the college's exercise of management rights in accordance with the law, in accordance with the "Education Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" (Order No. 21 of the Ministry of Education), in conjunction with our college In practice, these implementation rules are formulated.
Article 2: Students who believe that the college’s decisions on cancellation of admission qualifications, withdrawal from school, and other violations of regulations and disciplines violate their legitimate rights and interests may submit an appeal application to the bet365 online casino app Complaints Handling Committee.

Chapter 3 Application and Acceptance of bet365 online casino app Appeals
Article 10 If a bet365 online casino app has objections to the college’s decision on cancellation of admission qualifications, withdrawal from school, or decision on violation of regulations or disciplinary sanctions, he or she may submit a written appeal to the college’s bet365 online casino app Complaints Handling Committee.
Article 11 If a bet365 online casino app files a complaint in accordance with Article 10 of these regulations, he or she shall submit a written application to the Office of the bet365 online casino app Appeals Handling Committee within five working days from the date of receipt of the college’s decision on handling or disciplinary action.
Applicants who delay the application deadline without justifiable reasons will be deemed to have given up their right to appeal. However, if the original handling or disciplinary decision obviously does not comply with relevant regulations or is obviously unreasonable, it may be accepted with the consent of the director of the bet365 online casino app Appeals Handling Committee.
If the application deadline is delayed due to force majeure or other legitimate reasons, the application deadline will continue to be calculated from the date the obstacle is eliminated.

Chapter 4 Handling of bet365 online casino app Complaints
Article 17 If the bet365 online casino app Complaints Handling Committee decides to accept a bet365 online casino app’s complaint, it shall convene a meeting of the bet365 online casino app Complaints Handling Committee to review the bet365 online casino app’s complaint and make a decision.
The number of members attending the meeting of the bet365 online casino app Grievance Handling Committee shall not be less than two-thirds of the total number of members of the committee.
Article 18 The bet365 online casino app Complaints Handling Committee shall, within three working days from the date of making the acceptance decision, obtain relevant materials and evidence related to the original handling or punishment from the relevant departments. The original handling or disciplinary department shall simultaneously submit a written explanation and reply to the original handling or disciplinary decision.
Applicants can review relevant materials, evidence and written explanations and response materials submitted by the original handling and disciplinary department. Article 22 If the meeting of the bet365 online casino app Complaints Handling Committee uses on-site presentation and defense to review bet365 online casino app complaints, it shall be organized in accordance with the following procedures:
(1) The chairperson of the bet365 online casino app Grievance Handling Committee announces the start of the meeting and announces the cause of the case;
(2) The person in charge who made the original sanction or processing decision shall state the relevant facts, evidence and basis;
(3) The complainant shall defend the facts, reasons, evidence and basis of the original punishment or decision, and may present relevant evidence;

(5) The applicant and the person in charge who made the original decision make final statements;

(7) Make resolutions on the provisions of Items 3, 4 and 5 of Article 21 in accordance with these regulations.
Article 23: Minutes of meetings of the bet365 online casino app Grievance Handling Committee shall be made. The transcripts shall be signed or sealed by the committee members and record-keepers present at the meeting.
When applying the provisions of Article 22 of these regulations to organize a meeting of the bet365 online casino app Complaints Handling Committee, the minutes of the meeting shall also be signed or stamped by the applicant, the original decision-maker who participated in the meeting, witnesses, etc.

(1) The original decision has clear facts, conclusive evidence, correct application basis, appropriate content, and no major procedural flaws, so it should be decided to uphold;

(2) Reasons for decision;
(3) The rights and time limit for parties to file complaints to the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education;
(4) The date on which the processing decision is made.

Article 27 Students are not allowed to appeal again on the same matter.
Chapter 5 Supplementary Provisions
Article 28 The students referred to in these regulations refer to all students registered at Xi'an Translation University.
