3. Tender issuance time: from 8:00 on May 9, 2017 to 17:00 on May 11, 2017. Qualification content: Copy of business license; copy of publication business license; ID card of legal representative (or authorized agent); power of attorney of legal representative; company credit certificate recently issued by the bank (within 6 months), and above Qualifications must be brought with the original and a copy stamped with the company's official seal when opening the bid. At least one of the first two originals must be brought, and the remaining originals must be submitted to the bidding unit for review after winning the bid and before signing the contract.
