1. Admitted freshmen retain their admission qualifications
Provide the following materials:
1. Original and 1 copy of student ID card (or household registration book);
2. Original and 1 copy of the admission notice;
3. Original and 1 copy of the enlistment notice;
4. The "Application Form for bet365 mobile app for Freshmen Admitted to General Colleges and Universities for Enlistment" is made in duplicate. All information in the form must be filled in completely, and it must have the official seal of the Ministry of Armed Forces in the place where the applicant is enlisted.
(ii) Processing time: before September 30 of the year of admission.
(iii) Application location: Registration and Registration Department, Academic Affairs Office, first floor, East District Science and Technology Building.

Note: For those who are unable to provide the notice of enlistment, they must present a certificate of enlistment issued by the Armed Forces Department of the place where they enlisted, and submit it as soon as possible after the notice of enlistment is received.
2. Students who retain admission qualifications and enroll after retirement
Provide the following materials:
1. Original and 1 copy of retirement certificate;
2. Original and 1 copy of student ID card (or household registration book);
3. Original and 1 copy of the admission notice;
4. One original copy of "Notice of Retention of Admission Eligibility".
(ii) Enrollment time: before September 30 of the year of retirement or during the enrollment period of the second-year school freshmen.
(iii) Application location: Registration and Registration Department, Academic Affairs Office, first floor, East District Science and Technology Building.
