Xi'an Translation University plans to conduct public bet365 and procurement for our school's information security system construction project. Suppliers with corresponding qualifications and supply capabilities are welcome to sign up.
Bidder qualification requirements:
Any bidder who is registered with the Domestic Administration for Industry and Commerce, has independent corporate legal person status, and meets the qualification requirements of this bet365 document can participate in the bet365 after the announcement is released, and the following qualification certificates must be issued:
1. The bidder’s legal and valid business license (registered capital is not less than 1 million yuan);
2. Authorization letter of the legal representative, copy of the legal representative’s ID card, original and copy of the authorized person’s ID card (the legal representative must submit the original ID card if he directly participates in the bet365);
3. Provide a letter of authorization from the manufacturer of the product (Web firewall, cloud bet365 service platform, intelligent bet365 perception platform, server virtualization protection software) for this project.
Consortium bet365 is not allowed for this project.

2. Bid submission time:Before 9:30 am on December 16, 2018, the bet365 unit shall deliver the bet365 documents to Office No. 3 of the Tendering Office of Xi'an Translation University.
The tenderer will reject any bid documents that are delivered after the due date, are not delivered to the designated location, or are not sealed in accordance with the bet365 requirements.

After the bet365 is over, the bet365 deposit (without interest) will be returned to the bidder by transfer 10 working days after the bid is awarded (excluding holidays). The bidder is required to bring the deposit slip to the tenderer. After going through the refund (interest-free) procedures, the bet365 deposit of the winning bidder will be converted into a contract execution deposit, which will be refunded after the contract is executed.
