1. Holiday time
There will be a three-day holiday from April 5 (Thursday) to April 7 (Saturday), 2018; we will go to work (class) as usual on April 8 (Sunday), and we will switch to the class on April 6 (Friday).
2. Related requirements
(1) The department that arranges personnel on duty during the holidays must submit the list of on-duty personnel and the on-duty time approved by the principal after approval by the school leader in charge and submit it to the Personnel Department and Security Department for record before April 1, 2018 ( The person on duty must leave contact information).
(2) Personnel on duty must arrive at their posts on time, adhere to their duty positions, earnestly perform their duties on duty, do a good job in fire prevention and theft prevention and other safety precautions, and handle relevant issues in a timely manner according to duty regulations. The class leader should be responsible for supervision and inspection.
(3) Commuter shuttle buses will pick up and drop off faculty and staff on the afternoons of April 4 (Wednesday) and April 7 (Saturday) respectively. The departure time and location remain unchanged.
