The relevant matters regarding the 2017 summer vacation are now notified as follows:
1. Time arrangement
(1) Final examination time: June 26 to June 30, 2017, public basic (including elective) courses (in-class) examination
(2) "Practical Teaching Activity Week" Time: July 10th to July 21st, 2017
(3) All faculty and staff of the school will work normally from July 10th to July 14th
(Thursday) All old students of the school will register from September 2nd to September 3rd
2. Duty requirements
The person on duty should contact the duty room of the security department in time (24-hour alarm number: 85891127)
3. Other requirements
(1) Relevant departments should use the holidays to provide experiential teaching
(2) Each department shall arrange duty during the summer vacation according to work needs
(3) All departments must make preparations for the end of this semester and the start of the next semester
(4) Personnel on duty in various departments must effectively strengthen their sense of responsibility
