Our committee has initially scheduled to hold the "National High-Quality Development Forum of Private Higher Education" in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province on March 12, 2022. 4. References: Any use of conclusions, opinions or original texts, data and materials from previous and myself published literature must be marked in the reference place in the manuscript. References are numbered sequentially.
3. Paper formatting
1. Title: Centered, bold, small size 2 Song font, 1.5 times line spacing;
2. Author’s name and unit: centered, small 4 size Song font, work unit in brackets;
3. Abstract and keywords: size 5 bold, abstract and keywords in small size 5 Song font;
4. Text: Small 4-size Song font, fixed line spacing 20;
5. Reference: small 5 size Song font;
6. Page setup: paper size is A4, top, bottom, left and right margins are 2;
7. Other issues: For example, the font size and font of the second-level title should be reduced by half a size.
4. Paper submission
