4. Salary
(1) Salary
1. Master’s degree candidates: follow the school’s salary structure.
2. Doctoral candidates: Comprehensive annual salary of 150,000-350,000 yuan/year. This includes a settlement allowance of RMB 50,000 to RMB 100,000, a housing subsidy of RMB 20,000 to RMB 40,000, an academic subsidy of RMB 30,000 to RMB 60,000, and a scientific research start-up fee of RMB 150,000 to 250,000.
