2. Qualified bidders must meet the following conditions:

After the bidding is over, the bid deposit (without interest) of the unsuccessful bidder will be returned by transfer 10 working days after the bid is awarded (excluding weekends and holidays), and the bid deposit of the winning bidder will be included in the contract.
