On June 14, the ninth meeting of the school’s bet365.com was held in the large conference room on the second floor of the Science and Technology Building. All members of the school’s bet365.com, all members of the school’s bet365.com secretariat, and vice president Guo Wei attended the meeting. It was chaired by Han Jiangshui, chairman of the school’s bet365.com and president.
At the beginning of the meeting, Qi Yushui, vice chairman and vice president of the school's bet365.com, read out the school's notice on adjusting the list of members of the bet365.com, and organized all staff to study the "Degree Regulations of the People's Republic of China" and "Student Management in Ordinary Colleges and Universities" Regulations" (Order No. 41 of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China), "Detailed Rules for the Awarding of Bachelor's Degrees of Xi'an Translation University (Trial)" and other relevant documents.
Fan Wei, Secretary General of the School bet365.com and Director of Academic Affairs, reported on the review status of the degree awarding qualifications of the 2017 undergraduate graduates and the recommended list of degree awards for the 2017 undergraduate graduates, and submitted them to the meeting for review.
Zhai Zhendong, vice chairman of the school’s bet365.com and executive vice president, gave additional explanations on the degree awarding work. 1. He first affirmed the extensive and meticulous work done by the degree evaluation subcommittees of each secondary college and the secretariat of the school bet365.com in the early stage.
Members voted by a show of hands on the recommended list of degree awards for 2017 undergraduate graduates reported by the Secretariat. All members unanimously approved the Secretariat’s recommended list of degree awards for 2017 undergraduate graduates.
At the meeting, the Secretary-General of the Secretariat also reported on the proposed revision of the bet365.com’s degree awarding regulations. All members discussed carefully and put forward suggestions and opinions on revising the degree awarding rules.
Finally, Han Jiangshui, chairman of the school’s bet365.com and president, made a speech. He emphasized that degree awarding must follow the principles of “adhesion to standards, strict review, flexible management, and fairness and justice”; the committee approved the 2017 degree awarding list. The Academic Affairs Office must do a good job in producing and issuing certificates; each college must do a good job in producing and issuing certificates;
