On July 11, Li Jinquan, deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Decision-making Advisory Committee, president of the Shaanxi Institute of Socialism, and former vice chairman of the Provincial CPPCC, led a bet365.com composed of 12 experts to our school to discuss "improving higher education in Shaanxi" Conduct in-depth investigation and research on the topic "Research on Major Initiatives for Competitiveness".
Cui Zhilin, executive director and president of Xi'an Translation University, Wang Lixiao, vice president and other school leaders warmly welcomed the arrival of the bet365.com and accompanied them throughout the visit and discussion. Through detailed graphic materials and vivid physical displays and explanations, they comprehensively understood the school's development history and brilliant achievements since its establishment. The bet365.com then visited the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Shaanxi Zhongnan Society, School of International Exchange, School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, New Media and Performing Arts Practical Teaching Center, Flight Attendant Practical Training Center, and Foreign Language and Culture Practical Teaching Center and other teaching and practice bases.
After the on-site inspection, the two parties held a symposium in the conference room of No. 1 Complex Building. The meeting was chaired by Wang Lixiao.
Cui Zhilin introduced the school’s basic situation, school-running characteristics and future development strategies in detail, and focused on relevant issues that the bet365.com was concerned about. He said that Xi'an University of Translation and Interpretation, as a private university, has developed into a comprehensive university focusing on literature, featuring foreign languages, and advancing multiple disciplines after 37 years of running the school.
After the participants watched the promotional video of Xi'an Translation University, the heads of relevant departments of our school made detailed reports on the work of higher education reform, talent training, scientific research innovation, development planning and teaching quality monitoring, and communicated with Members of the bet365.com conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions.
Li Jinquan delivered a concluding speech. He highly praised the achievements made in the development of Xi'an Translation University.
This survey not only deepened the Shaanxi Provincial Decision-making Advisory Committee’s understanding of Xi’an Translation College, but also provided valuable guidance and strong support for the future development of our school.
