From May 25th to 26th, the FLTRP bet365.com Open (Central China Regional League) was held online as scheduled. The English School of our school sent three teams to participate.
The FLTRP bet365.com Open is one of the series of events of the "FLTRP·Guocai Cup" National College bet365.com Competition. It is currently one of the most authoritative and representative bet365.com events in the country. The competition follows the BP competition format. There is only fifteen minutes of preparation time after the debate topic is announced. The debaters and instructors need to quickly respond to the debate topic and formulate key arguments.
With the support of the English bet365.com leadership team and the English Language Practice Workshop, the XFU BP debate team was established and the debaters were provided with long-term special training. The head of the debate team is Teacher Kong Bin. Chao Yumeng, Li Yunmei, Chen Jie, Du Zhijuan, Feng Juan and other teachers jointly participate in the guidance and plan daily training, seminars, winter and summer reading plans, cross-bet365.com practice competitions, etc. for the debaters.
Participating in the debate competition can not only improve students' oral skills, but also exercise students' spirit and critical thinking ability to dare to question things and think rationally. I hope that more students will actively participate in bet365.com competitions in the future, broaden their horizons through the competition platform, improve their own development requirements, concentrate on their studies, not be afraid of difficulties, climb to new heights, and achieve greater success in college.
