On the morning of August 25, the Academic Affairs Office of our school organized a meeting on teaching and academic style construction for the fall semester of 2020 in the conference room of the Science and Technology Building. Vice President and Provost Qi Yushui and Vice President Zhang Heng attended the meeting. Party and Government Liu Yi, director of the office, deans of secondary colleges, Qin Xiaomei, director of the Academic Affairs Office, Meng Xianjun and Chen Xiao, deputy directors, Hou Yongxing, deputy director of the library, and various section chiefs of the Academic Affairs Office attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Qi Yushui introduced the progress of teaching work during the summer vacation of this semester, emphasized the importance of talent training plan revision, graduation thesis reform, academic style construction and other work, and made arrangements for several important tasks; Qin Xiaomei, Director of the Academic Affairs Office, reported on the specific situation of the revision of our school-based and junior college talent training programs. He also provided the background, ideas, content of the adjustment of the talent training program from the undergraduate and junior college aspects, as well as the principles that need to be adhered to during the revision process.
