On the afternoon of April 17, the Teacher Development Center of our bet365 mobile app and the Public Course Teaching Center of the bet365 mobile app of Education jointly held a special lecture in the lecture hall of the Teacher Development Center on the fifth floor of the Science and Technology Building. Associate Professor Li Xiying of Shaanxi Normal University was invited to give a lecture titled "Teacher Burnout and Nearly 70 teachers attended the lecture.
Li Xiying first introduced the meaning of mental health, and then analyzed the manifestations, current situation, evolution process of teachers’ professional burnout and the sources of teachers’ stress. In response to the problem of teacher burnout, Li Xiying emphasized the need for self-adjustment and the application of stress management strategies when facing pressure.
