In order to further popularize the basic knowledge of national patents among English College teachers and students and stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and students to apply for national patents, on the afternoon of October 31st, in the multimedia classroom 5117T, Building 5, West District, Xi'an Yanchuangtianxia Intellectual Property Agency Manager Hou Qing of the firm was invited to give a unique lecture on the topic of national patent application - "Foreign Language Teachers' Patent Application ABC" for the teachers and students of the English School.
In the lecture, Xi'an Yanchuang Hou Qing discussed the basics of intellectual property rights, Shaanxi Province patent data, the main uses and reward policies of national patents, analysis of foreign language patent cases (reference to commonly used patent names in foreign languages), patent application approval process, and company profile. It gave an in-depth and detailed explanation of the national patent application process and the current situation from six aspects including agency cognition, giving teachers and students a new understanding of the protection of intellectual property.
This lecture has improved the awareness of property rights protection among teachers and students. At the same time, it has also given teachers and students majoring in foreign languages a clear understanding of how to apply for national patents based on their majors, which has greatly stimulated the enthusiasm of teachers and students to apply for patents. It is reported that that night, more than a dozen teachers and students called to consult on specific issues on how to transform the invention ideas that have been generated into patent applications.
