On the afternoon of April 26, the "First Salon Event of the Third Young and Middle-aged Teacher Training Class" organized by the Teacher Development Center was held in the lecture hall of the Teacher Development Center on the fifth floor of the Science and Technology Building. Cang Xiangrong, deputy director of the Human Resources Department and deputy director of the Teacher Development Center of our Live Dealer Games, and members of the training class participated in this salon event.
In the salon event, the members of the training class were divided into five groups. First, two representatives of the training class gave speeches on different themes. After the speech, each group freely discussed the content of the speech. After 5 minutes, the group representatives spoke in turn.Shared the aspects worth learning and paying attention to during the competition such as lesson plan preparation, teaching demonstration and on-site defense, as well as her thoughts on the competition. Her speech inspired intense discussions among the teachers present. Teacher Liu Jing from the English Live Dealer Games shared her experience of going to the United States as a Chinese teacher volunteer. She introduced the application, selection, training and other preliminary preparations for going to the United States. She also shared her experiences at St. Vincent Paraty High Live Dealer Games and St. Mary's Elementary Live Dealer Games in the United States.
These two topics have received widespread attention. After the teacher representative’s speech, representatives of each group expressed their group’s views and opinions around the topic of their speech.
