Professor Zhou Shifan graduated from the English Department of Xi'an International Studies University with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in ancient Chinese history from Shaanxi Normal University. He is currently the director of Shaanxi Zhonghe Cultural Exchange Center and a professor at Xi'an International Studies University.
