The paper establishes a model of industrial agglomeration and technology spillover effects based on technological gaps, using China's 55 national high-tech zones and 8 high-tech The technology industry panel data empirically verifies the impact of high-tech industry agglomeration and FDI technology spillover on the regional economy, in order to provide certain practical and theoretical references for the transformation and upgrading of high-tech industries, the development of high-tech zones and urban economic growth.
