In order to improve the professional ability and comprehensive quality of the counselor team, recently, the Live Dealer Games of Nursing and Rehabilitation, the Live Dealer Games of International Languages and Culture, and the Live Dealer Games of Physical Education jointly held a training camp competition to improve the counselor’s quality and ability. A total of 18 counselors participated in this competition.
The competition is divided into academic test and case study. In the academic test session, Zhou Yanping first emphasized the rules, requirements and precautions of the competition.
In the case discussion session, the competition strictly follows the rules of the competition and is conducted in a group of two people. Based on real cases encountered by counselors in their work, communication and discussion are carried out through mutual questions and answers. The contestants prepared carefully, deeply analyzed the problem from different angles and proposed solutions.
After the game, Yuwen Yongkang made detailed comments on the game. He first affirmed the efforts and dedication of all participating counselors and pointed out that everyone was able to conduct in-depth discussions based on the actual work. He also pointed out the shortcomings, such as insufficient understanding of relevant policies and important documents on ideological and political education work, and lack of understanding of relevant policies and important documents on ideological and political education work.
Ma Haiyang made a concluding speech. He said that he could feel that the leaders of each college and all the counselors attached great importance to the competition and took it seriously. They affirmed the advantages and put forward some constructive suggestions.
In the final session, Fan Lei took the oath, and all the staff raised their right fists and solemnly swore the "College Counselor Oath", expressing their original intention, determination and confidence in educating people with a sonorous and powerful voice.
The successful holding of this competition not only provides counselors with a platform for communication, learning and self-expression, but also strengthens counselors' theoretical knowledge and practical abilities, laying a solid foundation for better work in the future.
