On the afternoon of June 6, Huang Liqing, director of the Science and Technology Service Center of Xi'an Jiaotong University City College, and Ji Zhiguo, director of the Personnel Service Center, came to our school for exchange and study. They were welcomed by Wang Mingming, director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Department of our school, and Wu, deputy director of the Human Resources Department. Juan, Zhao Peng and Gao Jingjing, deputy director of the Scientific Research Department, warmly received us.
Wu Juan extended a warm welcome to the arrival of Huang Liqing and others. The two parties conducted exchanges and discussions around personnel and team building work and scientific research work, and discussed performance appraisal and salary distribution systems, organizational structure and staffing, talent introduction policies and measures, team building, international cooperation and exchange project management, scientific research projects, and scientific research platforms.
Ji Zhiguo expressed his gratitude to our school for the warm welcome. He introduced the recent development, teaching and scientific research of the school, and invited our school to visit, exchange and discuss.
